How much will it cost?

You can utilize all of our services, or only what you need. Please note that this price schedule is intended as a guide only and is subject to change according to complexity of project.

Prices:

 

Typing only: $2.50 per page 

Typing that includes grammatical and spelling corrections: $3.00 per page 
Typing that includes editing to literary-grade English: $5.00 per page

 

After the first 100 pages, there will be a 10% discount.
After 250 pages, the discount is 20%.
If your manuscript requires special effort from the typist because of complex form  or content, i.e. it is hand written, there will be a surcharge of $2.00 per page.

COMPLETED WORK:
Will be sent directly to the publisher if specified, or returned to you via email, fax, courier, or regular mail as requested.

Confidentiality

We recognize that confidentiality is a sensitive issue for clients, keeping this in mind we will endeavor to:
* Safeguard the confidentiality all information entrusted to us
* Protect the business interests of our clients at all times
* Refrain from using our client's resources for any personal or business gain
* Offer only those services which we are experienced and equipped to offer
* Accept responsibility for all work we perform
* Represent truthfully information concerning our capabilities and services
* Avoid conflicts of interest and inform the client of any such potential conflicts

We are happy to sign any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement a client may require.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Typing is custom work, therefore, we require a 1/3 deposit of estimated cost up front with balance due at completion of order, unless other arrangements are made. You may cancel your order anytime before typing has begun, after that time deposit is nonrefundable.

We try to provide firm price estimates based on the information that you provide us. Please be aware however that very often the information provided to us is either intentionally or unintentionally misrepresented. Missing, or misnumbered pages can cost an extra hour of time as the typist has to read and reread your work to try and find the continuity. There will be a charge of .50 per hour for any work that exceeds the information that we originally quoted upon. We will do our best to advise you of any additional charges in advance.

We are pleased to accept work from the US or abroad, as long as the output is in English and our payment terms are agreed.

Rates listed are for services only and do not include miscellaneous expenses such as postage, special stationary, binding materials, presentation folders, etc., which will be billed separately if applicable. A written quotation will be provided together with a confirmation form listing details of the task and any specific requirements.

Please note - written acceptance of the amount and payment terms or a company purchase order if appropriate is required before work will commence. If the client's original requirements change, we reserve the right after suitable consultation to amend the original quotation.

Payment can be made by cash, money or check, payable to Angeline Marshall. If paid by check work will commence when check clears. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 3% per month on the outstanding balance from the date of the invoice until the date of payment. There will be a .00 fee for any checks returned to our office for insufficient funds.

Please note final responsibility for proofreading errors in completed work (including manuscripts, dissertations) rests with the client. A signed Customer Approval Agreement is required before completed original is received by customer or work is printed. Williams DocuPrep cannot accept responsibility for errors found after agreement is signed, but will gladly correct any found within a reasonable time scale. If errors are found in the work they will be rectified free of charge if notified within 24 hours of receipt of completed work or within 14 days for work of more than 3000 words.
Back-up copies of client files are kept for a period of one year only. After that time, they will be deleted.
